Telephonic Case Management

When performing telephonically, a registered nurse will coordinate with the injured worker, their employer and the medical providers. Field – Based Case Management

PLL Associates field case managers offer face-to-face interactions and support, building trust and understanding of the injured worker’s individual needs.  Field-based case management in workers’ compensation claims involves one of our registered nurse case managers to actively participate in the injured worker’s care, often attending medical appointments and interacting directly with providers and the worker.
